SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via US Priority mail within the next 5 business days and usually within 24 hours. Customer service generally reaches out to customers in case handling time shall exceed the next 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available for additional cost. Shipping rates are of USA addresses only. Please contact customer service for international shipping rates. Colorado Gold Ore is not responsible for delays or errors made by delivery companies, including improper delivery or damaged shipments. If improper delivery or damaged shipments are discovered, all shipping comes with a minimum of $50 of insurance from USPS. Buyers are to contact USPS to file a claim on packaging or product damaged during shipment.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Colorado Gold Ore, L.L.C. strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order or change your mind for any reason, you may return your unopened, sealed parcel for a full refund less a 50% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless it is determined that the wrong product was sent. Determination if packages being sealed and unopened is at the discretion of Colorado Gold Ore, L.L.C. staff. Shipping costs are NOT refundable. All returns must be pre-approved and made within 10 days of original shipping date. Original packaging must be retained and will be requested. Please contact us for return authorization and correct return mailing address. All shipping comes with a minimum of $50 of insurance from USPS. Buyers are to contact USPS to file a claim on packaging or product damaged during shipment.

CANCELLED ORDERS: All orders are eligible to be cancelled by contacting customer service by Midnight (12:00am) Mountain Time, USA on the day of the order. Any sales and shipping charges for unshipped product are eligible for full refund if submitted within this timeframe.

ALL SALES FINAL: All sales are final. Colorado Gold Ore, L.L.C. put extensive effort into finding the best gold paydirt and ores possible at very competitive margins and prices. Gestures by our support team for the sake of providing excellent customer service are not guaranteed and are reserved by discretion of staff.
